  1. Added emergency measures agreement.

  2. The deed implements amendments to Schedule 6.3, 14.2 and 14.4.

  3. Amendments to implement the Delay Repay DR15 compensation scheme, the new 16-17 saver railcard and changes to the way in which the regulated price for a fare is rounded in a fare year.

  4. Scope changes to the deed of amendment needed to aid smart card take-up.

  5. A deed of amendment was agreed to the GWR franchise agreement dealing solely with the consequential amendments to the agreement arising from changes resulting from the delays to Network Rail electrification programme.

  6. Amendments to require Great Western to commission a new class of train (Class 769), clarification that the Heathrow Express service is not a franchised service plus other alterations.

  7. Update designating 6 primary franchise assets to ensure continued railway use of car parks at Kemble, Hanborough and Tiverton Parkway.
