Competent authorities in EU and non-EU countries must provide a health certificate to exporters of animals and animal products to Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales), the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.

Competent authorities should use the updates below to make changes to health certificates for exporters to ensure they are in line with the current version of the model health certificates.

GBHC670 AQO: Aquaculture and open ornamental

Published August 2023 - accepted until 31 July 2025

• This certificate has been replaced by GBHC676 and will only be accepted until 31 July 2025.  This is the last date (inclusive) that this certificate will be accepted, based on the date it was signed, not the date the consignment arrives in Great Britain.
