Greater Manchester Integrated Care Service

ACOBA received an application from Mr Fisher to join Greater Manchester Integrated Care Service, however the appointment had already been announced. ACOBA refused to provide advice as a result of this breach of the Rules. An accessible version of this letter can be found here.
