Details

These written records document the outcome of annual trilateral consultations between the UK, EU and Norway, regarding opportunities for jointly managed fisheries stocks.

These consultations promote sustainable management of seven North Sea jointly managed stocks of fish:

  • cod
  • haddock
  • saithe
  • whiting
  • plaice
  • herring
  • sprat

Updated the title of the web page to 'Fisheries: consultations between the EU, Norway and the UK' (it was previously titled 'Fisheries: cod, haddock, saithe, whiting, plaice, herring and sprat management in the North Sea') Adjusted the title of the agreed record of consultations for the period 1 July 2022 to 30 June 2023 to make it clear that those consultations were focused on mutual fisheries relations for sprat.
