Details

Fishing opportunities for British fishing boats for certain fish stocks and groups of fish stocks.

The Secretary of State makes this determination under section 23 of the Fisheries Act 2020. It has had regard to the obligations of the United Kingdom under international law, including the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea.
