Details
Marine enforcement officers have a duty to carry out inspections of fishing vessels to monitor compliance with Fisheries Administration legislation. Inspections may be conducted at any time of the day or night.
The Marine Management Organisation performs inspections in a fair, courteous and professional manner and with sensitivity towards the needs of the fishing industry.
