Details

This report provides findings from the evaluation of the flexible learning fund pilot which ran during the 2018 to 2019 academic year.

The flexible learning fund pilot aimed to provide evidence to inform adult skills and retraining policy by testing:

  • different flexible designs of delivery
  • various training approaches for adults working with low to intermediate skills

Fieldwork ran from February 2019 to February 2020.

The findings from this report and the cost and outreach pilots evaluation will inform the development of adult skills and retraining policy, including the National Skills Fund.
