The Traffic Commissioner made orders to:

  • revoke the operator licence held by Flintshire Logistics Ltd with effect from 23:59 on 22 June 2018
  • disqualify Winston Dinorwyn Rogers from holding or obtaining an operator’s licence for a period of 10 years
  • disqualify Doris Rogers from holding or obtaining an operator’s licence for a period of 3 years
  • disqualify Malcolm Owen from holding or applying for any transport manager position until he passes new examinations
