Details

Earlier this year, Monitor introduced rules for NHS foundation trusts relating to agency spend, including an annual ceiling for total nursing agency spend for each trust which could be altered on application prior to becoming final.

The FOI request asks for a copy of each application received by Monitor.

25 Janurary 2015: On review, Monitor decided to release the dates that the applications were completed but to withhold the remaining information requested.
