The request was for a copy of the response from the Central Manchester University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust to a letter from the Board of University Hospital of South Manchester NHS Foundation Trust about the current partnership agreement, and for Monitor’s letter of response. The correspondence has not been released in response to the request.
