A series of questions about Jon Andrewes, former chair of Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust, including how NHS Improvement found out about the fraud committed and relevant correspondence with the Department of Health.

NHS Improvement held the information requested and decided to withhold some of it under sections 31 (law enforcement) and 40 (personal data) of the FOI Act.

NHS Improvement carried out an internal review of the decision to withhold correspondence with the Department of Health, and decided to release some of that information, while continuing to withhold the rest.
