Details

The Independent Sector Programme was set up by NHS England to reduce waiting list backlogs by utilising the independent sector. To support and co-ordinate, NHS England set up a national project management office (PMO), reporting weekly on progress. After January 2015, the programme was jointly led by Monitor and the NHS Trust Development Authority (TDA). This request relates to the final weekly report produced by the PMO for NHS England, Monitor and NHS TDA. It contains details of the total national spend on the programme and the weekly patient level tracking data for each region up to the end of the financial year 2014/15.
