This request asked for the results of a survey on leadership and culture that was conducted by NHS Improvement for the Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital.

NHS Improvement held the requested information and decided to withhold it on the basis of the applicability of sections 40 and 41 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
