FOI 0057-16 explains that the revised Business Appointments Rules that include new transparency requirements for SCS1 and 2 apply from May 2015. Departments are currently preparing relevant data for release covering the period May to December 2015. Information is withheld under section 22 (information intended for future publication) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000
