FOI 1026-15 explains that the mobile phones for FCO Services, a trading fund of the FCO, are provided through a Framework Agreement provided by Crown Commercial Services, part of the Cabinet Office. FCO Services has approximately 750 active mobile phones and the network provided is Vodafone
