Details

FOI ref 0737-14 gives a table showing the costs of using airport VIP lounges for State or Guest of Government visits and, by the Foreign Secretary. From 2012, the FCO became a contracted customer for the Heathrow Royal Suite as that represented better value for money. Occasionally, FCO staff use the facilities in connection with these visits but to retrieve the costs involved would exceed the appropriate time limit as set by section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act.
