Thank you for your email of 10 January 2025 asking for information under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) 2000. You asked:
I would like to request information regarding your investment pools, relating to the performance of all the closed-end funds including Private Equity, Venture Capital, Private Debt, Real Estate, Real Assets/Infrastructure funds you invest in for Q1 2024 to Q3 2024 (or up to the latest quarter available).
I am looking for details, including standard data, such as:
• Vintage year
• Commitment
• Funded Commitment
• Unfunded Commitment
• Distributions
• Market Value
• IRR (Net/Gross)
• PIC
• DPI
• RVPI
• TVPI
As per the Freedom of Information Act 2000, could you kindly provide me with the information as soon as possible please? We are keen to establish a process that works best for all parties, as we will be requesting this quarterly data on a periodic basis. Thus, if access to these records will take time or is not currently available, please can you confirm an ETA or share any insights as to when this performance data will be available in the future?
I am writing to advise you that following a search of our paper and electronic records, I have established that the information you requested is not held by this Department, as we do not make any of the investments listed.
