FOI 0769-16 explains that the UK Representation to the EU rescinded job offers to existing civil servants with the cancellation of the UK’s presidency of the Council of the EU. It also explains that counselling was offered to all staff, at a total cost of £4,090.63, that covered a range of issues including the terrorist attacks in March 2016
