Thank you for your email of 3 June 2024 asking for information under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) 2000. You asked:

The information that we require is as follows:-

  1. Do you use a social media management platform?
  2. If so, what tools do you use?
  3. What is your annual spend on a Social media management tool?
  4. What dates does your contract with your current supplier end ( month & year) ?
  5. Do you use a social listening / media monitoring platform?
  6. If so, what tools do you use?
  7. What is your annual spend on a social listening / media monitoring tool?
  8. What dates does your contract with your current supplier end ( month & year)
  9. Who is the senior person responsible for managing these contracts?

I am writing to advise you that following a search of our paper and electronic records, I have established that the information you requested is not held by this Department.

FCDO Services does not currently use a social media management platform or a social listening / media monitoring platform.

Once an FOI request is answered, it is considered to be in the public domain.  To promote transparency, FCDO Services may now publish the response and any material released on GOV.UK in the FOI releases section.  All personal information in the letter will be removed before publishing.
