Details

A request for correspondence between NHS Improvement and SECAMB about allegations of bullying and “the Red 3 protocols” introduced by the trust; as well as all correspondence between NHS Improvement and SECAMB’s previous and current Chief Executive.

NHS Improvement was unable to progress the request because to do so would exceed the cost limit under section 12 of the FOI Act.
