Details

The requester asked for the documents relating to the sale and subsequent lease of Darnton Building by Tameside Hospital NHS Foundation Trust in November 2013. The requester also asked for a copy of the annual plan that included the proposal to sell this building.

NHS Improvement confirmed that it does not hold this information as the sale of this building was not one that required its approval. However, NHS Improvement did release extracts from the trust’s 2012/13 plan, which relate to the sale of this building.
