Following publication by NHS Improvement of the 20 best and worst performing trusts in terms of agency spending against ceilings and as percentage of total pay for the 6 months to 30 September 2016, a request was received for a full list of trusts ranked in order from best to worst for these categories.

NHS Improvement has decided to release the information.
