Details

The requester asked for certain documents relating to the authorisation of University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay as an NHS foundation trust. This included the board to board briefing pack prepared for the meeting between Monitor and the Board of UHMB during the authorisation process as well as the notes of that meeting. The requester also asked for letters and other documents related to the authorisation process.

NHS Improvement decided to release all the information that it holds subject to the redaction of personal data under section 40 of the FOI Act.
