- the nature of whistleblowing concerns in 2013/2014 and 2014/2015
- referrals from the Employment Tribunal Service about whistleblowing claims against NHS organisations received by Monitor
- indicators of detriment suffered by NHS staff who have made disclosures to Monitor, including suspension, disciplinary action and dismissal
- the range of Monitor’s investigatory action in cases where disclosures raised potential governance issues and how many cases were investigated in the financial year 2013/2014 and 2014/2015
- how Monitor makes its decisions on whether to act upon the Employment Tribunal Service’s findings and what criteria it applies
