Details

This technical report outlines and evaluates procedures using high performance liquid chromatography and ultra-high performance liquid chromatography for measuring folic acid. Samples of vitamin premixes and infant formula milk were used.

The analysis of natural folates is also discussed and a suitable HPLC system has been tested but no samples were analysed.
