This is the second in a series of quarterly reports that review changes in food and feed legislation affecting the UK.

This report includes updates on the Royal Assent to the Food (Scotland) Act 2015 to create Food Standards Scotland; information on the Food Standards Agency recall of a series of cumin and paprika containing products due to the presence of almond, which is a risk for people with almond allergy; and new maximum levels for arsenic, fluorine, lead, mercury, endosulfan and Ambrosia seeds which apply to animal feed, particularly pet foods.
