Details

This guidance relates to prisoners who are not citizens of the United Kingdom (UK) or Crown Dependencies and who are liable to be deported.

This guidance assists Parole Board panels with cases involving foreign national prisoners and applies at various stages of the review, including post-release.

The guidance has been revised to include the Parole Board, Home Office Immigration Enforcement (HOIE), PPCS, Ministry of Justice and Probation Service’s most up to date policies and practices, as well as the most up to date immigration legislation.

This replaces all previous Parole Board guidance on Foreign National Prisoners.
