If you’re the new occupier (known as the ‘successor’) you should use this form to inform the Forestry Commission of the change to land ownership or occupancy.

Use this form when the land has an existing legacy grant such as EWGS.

This form cannot be used for Countryside Stewardship, Woodland Creation Planning Grant or Woodland Carbon Fund.
