Details

This form (Annex II to Council Regulation 2201/2003) sets out the details of a judgment in parental responsibility matters (including residence and contact), and is required to seek recognition and enforcement of the judgment under that Regulation. The completion of the form can be requested by any interested party if the judgment was issued before or after 11pm on 31 December 2020, in proceedings that were instituted before 11pm on 31 December 2020.
