Apply for a conditional order to annul your marriage or civil partnership: Forms D84NVA and D84NV

Apply for a conditional order confirming the court agrees your marriage or civil partnership can be annulled. If your marriage or civil partnership was legally valid but voidable, use the D84NVA. If it was never legally valid (void), use the D84NV.

To understand if your marriage or civil partnership is either voidable or void, read the guidance on how to annul a marriage.

Only use these forms if the court issued your application on or after 6 April 2022. If your application was issued before 6 April 2022, you will need to use a different form.
