You will need to use additional or different forms and guidance if you are:

Domestic abuse protection orders

You must read guidance on applying for a DAPO in the county court before completing this form.

If you do not have an ongoing civil case in the county court with the person you need protection from, you must apply to a family court instead.

Applications for payments out of court funds

If you are applying for payments out of court funds as a dissentient shareholder or following the sale of a property, you will need to use the evidence of identity and declaration form (CH60) alongside the N244.

You should also read the guidance if applying to claim money paid into the High Court in relation to a property or shareholdings.
