Details

A court will send this money claim form to a defendant. The form is also used for other non-monetary claims.

If you no longer have the goods you owe, you can ask the court to decide their value.

If you are admitting part of the claim and defending the other part, you must submit this form together with Form N9D. There are strict deadlines for submitting both forms.

You might find it useful to read the ‘Notes for defendant’ on Form N1: Make a claim against a person or organisation.
