Details

A waste exemption is a waste operation that is exempt from needing an environmental permit. Each exemption has limits and conditions to follow.

Use form WEEEX001 to register a T11 WEEE exemption.

Do not use this form for exemptions T3, T7 or T22. You need to register these exemptions with other organisations. See the guidance on treating waste.
