Working with disabled persons’ organizations, Open Society Foundations will promote innovative narrative change efforts that will challenge stigma and transform attitudes.

By 2020, OSF will have supported three such narrative change initiatives in different regions of the world.

OSF will endeavour to include a disability rights lens in all our programming on women and girls.

By 2022, we will ensure that 75% of our programming on women and girls has considered the needs of women and girls with disabilities.

OSF will support the development a resource hub on access to justice for persons with disabilities, with a particular emphasis on ensuring that people with intellectual and psychosocial disabilities can access justice institutions on an equal basis with their non-disabled peers.

By 2021, the access to justice hub will be a resource for information and referral on innovative practice in this sphere.
