*Subsequent to the publication of this advice, the Department of International Trade (DIT) notified ACOBA it had since found records that indicated DIT officials had met with Oxford Nanopore dating back to 2012. However, the records make no reference to the Rt Hon Dr Fox meeting with Oxford Nanopore. DIT confirmed this new information does not change the substance of its advice to the Committee in relation to this appointment.
