Details

The UK Space Agency was set up as an Executive Agency of the Department for Business Innovation and Skills in April 2011. Under the Machinery of Government changes in July 2016, the UK Space Agency remains an Executive Agency of the Department for Business Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS).

The Framework Document sets out the broad governance arrangements within which UKSA will operate, and provides for BEIS to exercise meaningful oversight of our strategy and performance.
