The Framework for Anglican Prison Chaplaincy 2021-27 develops and communicates the rationale and importance of having Anglican Prison Chaplains, and outlines how the role of Anglican Prison Chaplain contributes to the delivery of the vision and principles of HMPPS, as well as to the missional context of the Church of England and the Church in Wales. It is theological in its formulation, and practical in the outcomes it seeks to deliver.
