Thank you for your email of 26th May where you have asked:
The information I require is simply to know how many people have died within 28 days of receiving a dose of the Covid vaccine. If this information is available for Wales only or for both England and Wales combined doesn’t really matter as I will take an average by head of population.
Unfortunately we confirm this is information we do not hold and we suggest you contact Office for National Statistics for death statistics. They can be contacted at the following:

The Yellow Card scheme is run by the MHRA and is the UK system for collecting and monitoring information on safety concerns such as suspected side effects or adverse incidents involving medicines and medical devices. Reports received through our Yellow Card scheme include some fatality reports and these can be viewed by following the link below: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/coronavirus-covid-19-vaccine-adverse-reactions
