Thank you for your email.
Regarding Question 1, any studies concerning the mixing of the vaccines for the first and second vaccinations are still ongoing and have not submitted results. Current advice is that the vaccines should not be mixed between the first and second vaccines.
Question 2 & 3 - we have previously responded with earlier email.
For Question 4 - we confirm that death statistics are not held by the MHRA and as such we would advise you to contact the Office for National Statistics
