Thank you for your information request, dated 6th May 2022, where you asked for information regarding Yellow Card reports submitted for ECT (Electroconvulsive Therapy devices) over the past five years.
We are pleased to provide you with the information requested, see below.
Over the past five years MHRA received seven reports submitted by members of the public and/ or healthcare professionals in relation to ECT.
MHRA adverse incident database was searched for reports submitted by members of the public and/ or healthcare professionals between 01/05/2018 and 01/05/2022 and had been classified under Electroconvulsive Therapy devices.
These results are accurate at the time we extract them from our database.
