Freedom of Information request about fatality data (FOI-21-517)

Thank you for your email of 16th May where you have asked:
- Number of people who have died within 28 days of receiving their first dose of a coronavirus vaccine.
- Number of people who have died within 28 days of receiving their second dose of a coronavirus vaccine.
- Number of people who have died with coronavirus within 28 days of receiving their first dose of a coronavirus vaccine.
- Number of people who have died with coronavirus within 28 days of receiving their second dose of a coronavirus vaccine.
- Number of people who have been admitted to hospital within 28 days of receiving their first dose of a coronavirus vaccine.
- Number of people who have been admitted to hospital within 28 days of receiving their second dose of a coronavirus vaccine.
- Number of people who have been admitted to hospital with coronavirus within 28 days of receiving their first dose of a coronavirus vaccine.
- Number of people who have been admitted to hospital with coronavirus within 28 days of their second dose of a coronavirus vaccine.
We can confirm that unfortunately we do not hold this information as we do not collect complete fatality data. We suggest you contact Office for National Statistics for death statistics and Public Health England for hospitalisation statistics please find below contact details;
