Thank you for your information request, dated Stephen 2022, where you asked for the following information:
“Please supply the following information under the Freedom Of Information Act 2000.
The “Conditions of Authorisation” for the Astra Zeneca covid vaccine contains reference to 2 MIA certificates (text copied below) which are not accessible via the MHRA MIA lists on the internet. Please supply (a) copies of both and /or (b) a link to where they can be accessed.
Please also provide an explanation for why neither MIA’s are currently accessible via the normal MHRA site for MIA’s.”
