Thank you for your follow-up email regarding your information request, dated 2nd December 2022, where you asked for:
- The UK NHS trusts which did not use silicone implants supplied by the French Manufacturer Poly Implant Prothèse between 2002 and 2010.
I can confirm that the MHRA does not hold the information that you have requested. However, I can confirm that the MHRA does hold a list of the NHS Trusts which were sold implants manufactured by Poly Implant Prothèse from their distributer. If you would be interested in this information, I recommend that you submit a new request to the MHRA under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
If you disagree with how we have interpreted the Freedom of Information Act 2000 with regards to your request, you can ask for the decision to be reviewed. The review will be carried out by a senior member of the Agency who was not involved with the original decision.
