Thank you for your information request, dated 21 December 2022, where you asked for the following information:
“Please share the job title and contact number of the contract owner, which does not fall under any exemption”
We do not provide the names or contact details of staff below Senior Civil Service level. The personal data of these staff is exempt from disclosure under s40 of the FOIA which provides for the protection of personal information which would not otherwise be in the public domain.
If you disagree with how we have interpreted the Freedom of Information Act 2000 with regards to your request, you can ask for the decision to be reviewed. The review will be carried out by a senior member of the Agency who was not involved with the original decision.
