Thank you for your information request, dated 16 August, please accept our apologies for the delay in this response.
We note this is a follow up to your previous request (FOI 22/739) and we acknowledge that in that previous response we advised you to narrow your request by, for example, the number of approvals or rejections in one calendar year which is more easily accessible. Whilst we appreciate that you have now done that, and we are grateful to you for doing so, we have now concluded that even with a reduction in timelines this would still not be possible due to the time required to collate this information.

If you disagree with how we have interpreted the Freedom of Information Act 2000 with regards to your request, you can ask for the decision to be reviewed. The review will be carried out by a senior member of the Agency who was not involved with the original decision.
