Thank you for your information request, dated 11/02/22, where you asked for “any information regarding investigations of these machines containing the Polyester Polyurethane Foam (PUF)”
The FOI Act places a general duty on public authorities to give access to official information. However, it also provides an exemption to that duty under section 14(2) for requests that are repeated. We consider that we have responded to your requests in previous correspondence and hold no further information. As such, please note we will not respond to any further requests on the same or similar topics.
