Thank you for your information request which were received 28th October 2022, where you have asked:

Dear Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency

You requested the following:

I would be most grateful if you would provide me, under the Freedom of Information Act, the information requested below.

The details we require are:

  1. Who is your social media management and monitoring tool supplier? Hootsuite

  2. Start date & duration of framework/contract with the supplier - Our current contract with Hootsuite commenced on 16 March 2022 for 12 months

  3. Actual spend on this contract/framework (and any sub lots), from the start of the contract to the current date - Annual spend for duration of this contract: £7,490.86

  4. Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for this contract?

We are exempting this under section 40 personal information of the FOI Act. Section 40 protects personal data, the disclosure of which would breach one or more of the data protection principles. The Agency is satisfied that disclosure here would breach the first data protection principle, in particular the requirement of fairness on the basis that disclosure would not be reasonably expected by the people mentioned in the information.
