Thank you for your email.
Regarding questions 1-3, at present no vaccines have been authorised as a booster vaccine. In addition current authorisations of the vaccines state that these cannot be interchanged between doses. As such at present we would be unable to provide you with any further information.
You may wish to check the clinical trial databases via the links below, which will contain information (including preliminary data) on ongoing clinical trials, including those that will be assessing booster vaccines and the effects of mixing vaccines in recipients.

With reference to your last two questions, these are outside the remit of MHRA and therefore we would be unable to provide a response to these.
