Thank you for your email of 19th May where you asked: “ Could you kindly advise me how many deaths or adverse side effects have been found against the vaccine for COVID?”
We can confirm that unfortunately we do not hold this information as we do not collect complete fatality data. We suggest you contact Office for National Statistics for death statistics and Public Health England for hospitalisation statistics please find below contact details;

The Yellow Card scheme run by the MHRA and is the UK system for collecting and monitoring information on safety concerns such as suspected side effects or adverse incidents involving medicines and medical devices. Reports received through our Yellow Card scheme include some fatality reports and these can be viewed by following the link below: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/coronavirus-covid-19-vaccine-adverse-reactions
