Thank you for your information request, dated 30 June 2021, where you asked for any communications with the following persons, private office and representatives as stated below

  1. Between 1 June 2020 and 26 June 2021 did Matt Hancock and or his private office and or anyone acting on his behalf write to and or communicate with MHRA about Mr Alex Bourne, the director of Hinpack Limited and or any of his businesses including but not limited to Hinpack Limited. Please note that I am interested in all correspondence and communication which either refers to Mr Bourne and or his businesses and or is about Mr Bourne and or any of his businesses. If the answer is yes, can you, please provide copies of this correspondence and communication. In the event of any telephone conversations can you supply an audio recording and or written transcript. Please feel free to redact those parts of the conversation not relevant to this request. In the event of any Zoom meetings or similar can you please supply an audio recording or written transcript or archived copy of proceedings. Please feel free to redact those parts of the conversation not relevant to the request.

  2. Between 1 June 2020 and 26 June 2021 did any employee or representative of the MHRA write to or communicate with Matt Hancock and or his private office and or anyone acting on his behalf about Mr Bourne and or any of his businesses including but not limited to Hinpack Limited. If the answer is yes, can you please provide copies of this correspondence and communication. Please include details of telephone conversations and or meetings by Zoom or similar as outlined in question one.

  3. Between 1 June 2020 and 26 June 2021 did Lord Bethell and or his private office and or anyone acting on his behalf write to and or communicate with the MHRA about Mr Bourne and or any of his businesses. If the answer is yes, can you, please provide copies of this correspondence and communication. Please include details of telephone conversations and or meetings conducted by Zoom or similar as outlined in question one.

  4. If MHRA responded to this correspondence and communication can you please provide copies of this correspondence and communication.

  5. Between 1 June 2020 and 26 June 2021 did Gina Coladangelo and or her private office and or anyone acting on her behalf write to MHRA about Mr Bourne and or any of his businesses including but not limited to Hinpack. If the answer is yes, can you, please provide a copy of this correspondence and communication. Please include details of telephone conversations and or meetings conducted by Zoom or similar as outlined in question one.

  6. If MHRA responded to Ms Coladangelo and or her private office and or anyone acting on her behalf can you please provide copies of this correspondence and communication.

I can confirm that all lines of communication held by the MHRA have been reviewed and there has been no correspondence between MHRA and any individual or company as listed in your request.
